How to submit a deletion request
- Email us from the address associated with your account, where possible.
- Use the subject Nexmind Account Deletion Request.
- Include the student's registered name and registration number so we can locate and verify the correct account.
- Do not include your password or a bank-slip image in the request.
If the button does not open an email app, write to tharindhuvs.94@gmail.com.
What will be deleted
After reasonable identity verification, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with the account, including the account profile and related learning or service records that are no longer required. Payment-slip images and payment records will also be deleted when they are no longer required for legitimate accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal or accounting obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the service. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and kept only for the necessary period.
Important information
Deleting the app from a device does not delete the user's Nexmind account. Account deletion is permanent and may remove access to lessons, recordings, payment history, and other account-linked content. We may contact the requester if additional information is needed to verify ownership and prevent unauthorised deletion.
